6 Easy Steps to Implementing Daily Schedule Template Slides
I know it’s not ideal, but it’s time I accept the fact that we might not be going back to school the traditional way in the fall. During back to school time I usually spend time making my name tags, job charts, and labeling #allthethings, but I took a bit of a step back this year to create daily schedule template slides in case that doesn’t happen. (But if it does, you can still use them too!)
These daily schedule editable templates are designed to be used in PowerPoint or Google Slides to let your students know what is going on during the day whether you’re distance teaching or in person teaching! (You will NOT be able to edit the title of the slides, but all of your other information is totally customizable!)

PowerPoint to Google Slides
How to Create Google Slides Backgrounds:
- Download your file of choice
- Double Click to unzip the file
- In a new tab, open PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Change the Page Layout to 11×8.5
- Drag and drop the slides on top of the current slide
- Add a text box over the image to type your own schedule and information
Once your slides are imported and you have typed your information on them, you will be able to present your PowerPoint or Google Slides. You can even import your Google Slides presentation into Google Classroom! If you’re in the classroom, you can display your schedule on the SmartBoard or whatever presentation technology you have.
